Structure + Style Awards

On Monday September 25th Oregon Home Magazine held their annual Structure& Style Awards  and we were thrilled to be honored with a win!

The Judging panel (which was comprised of several local designers and builders) were looking for the following:
Overall aesthetic appeal and design
Level of improvement from previous design
Ingenuity/uniqueness
Relevancy to modern design trends and principles
Challenges and solutions

Amy  worked closely with her client on this major remodel – which included removing walls and creating a vaulted ceiling, 2 full kitchens and 3 bathrooms – in addition to all the pretty finishing touches like finding original art, creating custom draperies, and reupholstering vintage furniture.

The homeowner loves Mid-Century design, but Amy wanted to make sure that overall look didn’t become a stuck-in-time reference, so a clever combination of patterns and textures was combined to create a layered, sophisticated yet playful home.  Check out Amy’s portfolio for more images.
